Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Rajan Traders, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the quality of our fabrics. Since fabrics are cut, measured, and sometimes customized as per customer requirements, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The fabric received is defective, damaged, or incorrect (different from what was ordered).
  • The request for return is made within 3–5 days of delivery.
  • The fabric is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

⚠️ Note: Slight variations in color or texture due to screen differences or dye batches are not considered defects.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Cut fabrics as per customer-specified length
  • Customized or tailored fabrics
  • Items purchased on clearance or sale (unless defective)
  • Fabrics that have been washed, used, or altered

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide clear photos of the defect or incorrect item.
  3. Once approved, you will receive instructions for return shipping.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after inspection of the returned fabric.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • In case of cash on delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.

6. Replacement Policy

  • If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will arrange to send the correct fabric, subject to availability.
  • Replacement requests follow the same eligibility criteria as returns.

7. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we will cover return shipping costs.
  • For other cases, customers may be required to bear the return shipping charges.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the fabric is cut or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
